Custom Taxes

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Return and Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order.

You can return the jewel(s) at your own expense up to 30 natural days from the delivery date of the order.

Individual storage:

Store each jewelry piece separately in a Penelope jewelry soft-lined box or pouch to prevent rubbing, scratching, or tangling. Take special care with gemstones to avoid knocking them against each other.

Humid environments:

If you live in a humid environment, include a small packet of desiccant crystals when storing your jewelry to help reduce tarnishing.

Storage conditions:

Keep your gold vermeil and silver jewelry in a dark, cool, and dry place. Over time, sterling silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes. Store silver jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when not in use to prevent oxidation. Wearing your jewelry frequently slows down the oxidation process. For long-term storage, occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain shine and prevent tarnishing.

Avoid contact with chemicals:

Jewelry is sensitive to chemicals found in perfume, hairspray, makeup, nail polish remover, body oils, sun lotion, and deodorant. Avoid contact with these substances to prevent damage.

How to clean your jewelry:

1. Use a soft cloth: Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, non-abrasive, and lint-free cloth or chamois. This helps maintain or restore its shine without causing damage.
2. Mild cleaning solution: If needed, you can use a mild washing up liquid diluted in warm water. Dip a soft toothbrush into the solution and gently scrub your jewelry to remove any dirt or buildup.
3. Rinse and dry: After cleaning, rinse your jewelry thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue from the cleaning solution. Pat dry with a soft cloth to avoid water spots.
