1. What warranty is offered with our products?
All of our products are accompanied by a two-year warranty starting from the date of your order delivery.
The warranty remains valid for any defects from our materials and/or craftsmanship.
Please note that this warranty does not extend to cover physical or accidental wear and tear, nor does it provide coverage for damage resulting from such occurrences.

2. Can the color of the stones vary?
Semi-precious stones may vary slightly in shade, as a result of their natural origin. These color variations will not be considered as defects or flaws.
